Welcome to The Upper Barwon Landcare Network website. The UBLN is a
community based organization supporting Landcare Groups and
individual landowners in the upper catchment of the Barwon River in
western Victoria. Representatives to the management executive are
volunteers who are elected annually and meet monthly.
